I bought a theme but want to exchange it to another theme you offer.

If you recently purchased an EmPress theme but have changed your mind and would like to change to a different theme instead, please submit a support ticket at empressthemes.com/contact! 

Depending on your original order/transaction, we can often swap the theme out for you on the backend of our site, and change your license keys at the same time too. This will prevent you from having duplicate charges on your credit card for both purchases. 

At this time, we can only swap themes of equal value. If you've decided to change to a theme that isn't the same price as your original one, no problem! Just email us, and we can issue you a refund so you can purchase the theme of your choice.

In alignment with our 14-day refund policy, we honor theme switch requests within 14 days of your original purchase date.
