I tried downloading my products, but the link had expired.

Your downloads can be accessed any time through the account page on our website! 

Log in with the email you used at checkout, and click on the lost password link if you can't remember the password you set at checkout. Once you're logged in, go to the Downloads tab and you'll see links to all of your downloads. Please be sure to download in a browser other than Safari, as Safari will automatically unzip files upon download.
