WordPress isn't showing me an "Add Theme" button.
If you can navigate to Appearance > Themes but do not see an "Add Theme" button once there, it is likely you're blogging on WordPress.com. With this in mind, you have a few options:
1) We have had customers successfully install our themes via WordPress.com, after they upgraded to the platform's Business Plan. However, please note that our themes were specifically built for the WordPress.org platform, and we have not tested our themes for WordPress.com.
2) If you have purchased a domain name through a company who also offers hosting, you can upgrade your plan to include a managed WordPress hosting option, and move away from WordPress.com. Once added, simply install the WordPress platform, and then follow our Help Desk articles to install your theme.
3) If you want to stay on WordPress.com, and do not wish to upgrade to their business plan, we can issue you a refund for your purchase so long as you request it within 14 days of your original purchase date! Submit a refund ticket at empressthemes.com/contact, and we can process your request there.
