How to get form code from ConvertKit

Once you log into your ConvertKit account you're going to go to grow and landing pages and forms. 

Then you'll go to create new and you want to create a form, inline, and then choose the Clare option. 

From here you can choose if you want to add any fields. 

To set up your thank you page, you'll go to settings and redirect to an external page. And that's where you're going to get your thank you page url and put it in the field and save. 

Then we're going to publish. And we're actually just going to get the html for this. So you can copy and then head over to your subscription page and paste your form code there. Update and we're going to reload the page and now you can see your ConvertKit form.
