How to set up the home and blog page display options

This theme has separate home and blog pages, so let's make sure that is set up to display correctly.

1. Go to Settings > Reading

2. If you are a new blogger, you can choose A static page for your home page.

If you are an existing blogger and your current setting is Your latest posts you may need to create new pages for the "Home" and "Blog" pages. See step 4 and beyond for how to do this.

Make sure that from the dropdown menus you choose "Home" for the homepage and "Blog" for the posts page.

3. Click Save Changes

4. Go to Pages

5. Click Add New Page
When you do this, you will get a "Choose a pattern" window, which you can just close out of.

6. Type "Home" into the page title field and click Publish

7. Repeat steps 5 and 6, typing "Blog" into the page title field this time

8. Go back to Settings > Reading

9. Select A static page and choose your new Home and Blog pages from the dropdown menus

10. Click Save Changes
