Presidio: Remove lowercase font styling

Presidio's default theme fonts include forced lowercase styling for many instances of the IBM Plex serif italic. The lowercase styling of this font typically impacts widget and interstitial widget area titles. Here are a few examples of what this looks like as a default throughout the theme:

Some users may wish to remove this styling, so that these titles have normal capitalization. Here is what this Code Hack looks like in action:
