Hayes: Move "Related Post" and "Leave A Comment" titles into section backgrounds

By default, the Related Post section title and the Comment section title on Hayes' single post pages are slightly overlaid with the sections above it. Here is an example of the default layout:

For users who have chosen to add a dark colored background and light colored titles to these sections, you may experience issues with legibility due to this design feature. If you would like to move the titles into the sections themselves, so they lay completely on the background behind them, this Code Hack is for you!
