Miramar: Change background and menu link color of scroll navigation menu

The following Code Hack allows you to customize colors in Miramar's scrolling navigation menu, separate from any settings enabled with the optional Color Pack plugins. With these code snippets, you can adjust the menu's background color, all link/social icon colors, hover colors of links/social icons, as well as the color of the search icon, if you're using it.
