Brevier: Change primary navigation’s hover underline colors

The code below specific alters the underline hover effect colors on the Primary menu of the Brevier theme, including the dropdopwn and nested dropdown menus. It can be used in conjunction with our Code Hack to alter the navigation’s background color, which can be found here.  Simply change all instances of “#000” to the hex code color of your choice.
