Brevier: Adjusting the layout

Brevier is a unique theme in that it feels like a “traditional” blog, but has the ability to transform into a more simplistic, editorial feeling layout as well.

With the Brevier theme, you can change the position of the sidebar on the Home Page, and hide the sidebar on the Home Page, post pages, or both.

CHANGING BREVIER’S HOME PAGE LAYOUT

Here is how to access Home Page layout settings for Brevier:

1. Head to Appearance > Customize, then select Blog Feed.

2. At the top of the menu, you will see a Global Layout section, with three graphics that correspond to available Home Page layouts. The left most option features a sidebar on the right of the page; the middle option features a sidebar on the left of the page; and the right most option hides the sidebar.

Here’s how to access post page layout settings for Brevier:

1. Head to Appearance > Customize, then select Single Post.

2. If you wish to hide the sidebar on your post pages, check the Hide Sidebar option. That’s it!
